A parent sets up Movo Learn. Kids just play. If something looks wrong, or you have a question about a profile, write to us.
Tell us whether you are on an iPhone or iPad, and what you expected to happen. Leave out a child’s last name, school, or other extra details unless you need them for the request.
Common questions
Who sets up the app?
A parent or guardian creates the profile: a nickname, age, reading level, and math level. Then the child picks favorite topics. Children never sign in and never have a password.
Where does progress live?
On the iPhone or iPad where you set up the app. This version keeps the nickname, age, topics, and lesson progress on the device. It does not create a Movo Learn account, and it does not send that information to Movo Learn servers. Progress stays on that device.
How do I change favorite topics?
On Home, next to Your Worlds, tap Edit. You can also choose Update Interests in the learning report. Progress stays. New lessons follow the new list.
Where is the learning report?
Open Profile, then For Parents. The learning report shows short scores and recent lessons. It stays behind that parent section so a child is not pulled through an adult screen after every lesson.
How do I erase a profile?
In Profile, choose Reset Profile & Progress. That permanently erases the saved child profile, lesson history, and learning progress on this device. Deleting the app erases it too. This cannot be undone.
Are there ads or purchases?
This version has no ads, no tracking, no analytics, and no in-app purchases.
Which devices and ages?
Movo Learn is for iPhone and iPad, made for children about ages 5–8. A nearby age can be entered so lessons match reading and math level.
Something isn’t working.
Email privacy@movolearn.com. Include the device and, if you know it, the iOS version. Describe what you tapped and what you expected. Please do not send a child’s last name or photos of their work unless we ask and you choose to.
